In clfs 1.0.0-x86 7.11. Linux-2.6.17.13
there was an interesting idea of compiling
the keyboard map into the kernel with
loadkeys -m [path to keymap] > \
drivers/char/defkeymap.c
This has been exclude from
clfs 1.1.0-rc1-x86 7.10. Linux-2.6.24.7
Anyone know why? Was it not successful?
What is the alternative now?
There is a ticket #56 in Track but I do
not understand the reasoning.
