    This has been exclude from
    clfs 1.1.0-rc1-x86 7.10. Linux-2.6.24.7

Anyone know why? Was it not successful?
    What is the alternative now?

There is a ticket #56 in Track but I do
    not understand the reasoning.

You don't need the keymap built into the kernel, kbd handles all those
functions, without modifying the kernel.

Yes, but kbd is not installed until 10.38.1
I should be able to boot at the end of chapter 7.
