Dear Climate-L
readers,
Foundation JIN has published a new issue of the Joint Implementation Quarterly, December 2005, Vol.11, No. 4. As publisher of the magazine we continuously
strive to enhance the quality of the magazine. One indicator to measure quality
is to look at quantity.
This has been the first year in which the JIQ has
been published only electronically and its download statistics can thus easily
be traced (download statistics have been included in the colophon on p. 16).
Besides, feedback received and opinions expressed on matters raised in the
JIQ helped increasing the quality throughout the year. Therefore,
we would like to thank you for this
and encourage you to continue to do so in the future.
