Mark Volkmann's Clojure introduction ( http://java.ociweb.com/mark/clojure/article.html) helped me out a great deal when I first started. As he noted at the end, the article focused on Clojure 1.0 features, so some parts are superceded (records are recommended over StructMaps now, for example), and some newer features (such as protocols) are not covered. Nonetheless, I think it's still a great starting point.
