Hi, I have had a few occasions where I want to clone a drive usually a 1tb or 2tb drive from a factory laptop (dell or other brand) to a SSD (256gb or 500gb). I cant quite figure out how to get Clonezilla to resize the unused space on the disk to make it happen. I have used Acronis True Image to do it when needed but I would love to use Clonezilla instead.
I have not had any issues cloning a smaller disk to a larger disk & then expanding the space within windows but the other way around doesn't seem to work. Is that something Clonezillla could do? Thanks, Rich
