Hello,

IMHO the easiest way is to resize source disk partition(s) to minimum
(using gparted), clone drive with expert option: skip destination drive
size and after cloning resize partitions again to match new disk size.
Be sure that source disk has proper aligment - first partition should
begin @ 1st MiB (1024Bx1024B). Any dividable value by 4096B will be fine.
