Thanks for this, sorry it's taken so long to get to!
A couple of things:
We should xref any pointers to content ("See Creating a New System Service
Offering", for example).
MSSQL should probably be MySQL
Replace CloudStack with &PRODUCT;
Should we give instructions or a pointer to instructions on how users should
destroy existing CPVM/SSVM offerings? As a side note, do we define the CPVM or
SSVM acronyms anywhere? I don't see any instances - and I'm not sure that
CPVM/SSVM are entirely obvious acronyms.
