What exactly are the problems that you are having?

Just getting fuzz... It is set to NTSC-Cable (Canadian)... My cable is hooked up and working properly... Works fine under Windows (I dual boot), and worked fine under Mandrake 9. I am unsing Xwintv.

Just install the sndconfig RPM. It doesn't install it by default, but it
is included in the distro.
