my 2 cents CAD :
Do a dinamic listing.
Only display the distro... When the requestor clicks on the distro
they get a form to submit their e-mail and a blurb, maybe a phone
number
the distro holders get an email about the request containing the
requestor
data
The distro holder then contacts the requestor to set up the
appointment.
When the holder runs out of copies, when all the holders run out of
all the
available copies, then the link of the distro is grayed out ...
How about that ??
