Take a look at the IBM D4300 SAN. It is FibreChannel Drives and can take multiple drive cabinets to get you to 4 TB easy (max capacity is 16 TB). FibreChannel is not cheap. IBM does have the D4300 on sale this month for around 25000 CAD regular price is 83000 CAD. It comes with 4 fibrecards to put in your servers.
