Also, we produce, not only lot's of data, but files that have started to reach beyond the 2Gb threshold, an issued which I'm already having some challenges with. It becomes a challenge to move them around. Would you care to comment on that?
Has anyone had to deal with a similar situation and, if I may ask, how do you deal with it? I recently put a 64bit system together... and installed FC3 on it...I've had some problems with it already, but that's another complete different topic of discussion...
Anyway, Thank you kindly for your feedback.
Rafael.

Hi Rafael,
Take a look at the IBM D4300 SAN. It is FibreChannel Drives and can take multiple drive cabinets to get you to 4 TB easy (max capacity is 16 TB). FibreChannel is not cheap. IBM does have the D4300 on sale this month for around 25000 CAD regular price is 83000 CAD. It comes with 4 fibrecards to put in your servers. It handles linux servers no problem. ~ Most of the IBM resellers in town can tell you more about it.
Yeah that's a good deal but SAN is seriously expensive. A 4TB NAS though can be had for 10K CAD.
