Thanks for the response Travis.  The FTP install is a no go.  I tried, and it 
just hangs after I set the ftp server and directory.  (I let it go for a 
couple of hours with no change...)

I assumed I can install the 32bit version, but we really should go with the 
64bit.  I'm not sure I want to try and do an upgrade like this - something 
tells me I'll be better off doing a native 64bit install....

Haven't really been able to test how fast the rackmount is yet - need to 
install an OS first.. :)
