Search engines are impossible to use to find such a thing because of the way search engines work. Basicly I want a PHP WSI front end to the webcpp engine. I want to post snipits of code to my site and have them viewed in a syntax highligt form and a linke to download the code file. I could write my own, but I don't have the time right now (ever).
I have found a lot of sites that do just what I am looking for but they don't make their code available as Open Source.
