Yes, I have used Active Directory/GPolicies a fair bit. I want to create the 
basic structure only, ie user authentication, setting up groups/OUs, 
shares/permissions, login privileges and monitoring. That's it.

Gustin,
May I ask why you avoid Suse? I am finding it more responsive than RH/FC but I 
am starting to adore Kubuntu except for some of the things they have done in 
KDE in 5.10.
