I just installed the VS 2012 RC from MSDN: Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2012 RC Version 11.0.50522.1 RCREL Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.5.50501 Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 RC 04167-004-0009005-02506 Using CMake 2.8.8 with the "Visual Studio 11" generator I was able to build CMake from today's Git master branch (commit ebc702c8).
