I'm pretty sure this was not the case some time ago with the Kitware
BT config.
May be this has changed and my infos are out-dated ?

no one is listed in the monitor list.
Well, maybe I should say it differently: if you reported the bug you
don't need to be in the monitor list as you will get mails on changes to
the bug anyway. AFAICT the same applies to anyone who has ever commented
on the bug.
