Hi Mark, I had a visit this week with Dr. Kantarjian at MDACC and I asked him whether they have seen an increased incidence of secondary cancers in patients on Gleevec--the answer was no.  Of course we're only about 5 years out for those on Gleevec the longest so it may be too soon--but so far so good on that score.
