I think we all have suffered from some sort of energy loss.
I walk and even when I don't feel like it I make an effort to get out there and walk.
I don't walk as fast as I use to but I'm still walking.
I am 66 so my hubby would say " IT'S THE BIG 66"
So exercise and rest also is important.
Get plenty of rest and sleep.
I have trouble sleeping so this is one of my problems.
I have tried sleeping pills and you name it, nothing helps.
I think age has something to do with this also.
Don' t give up on doing things with friends and family.
I feel so much better if I go and do things when asked instead of just saying I don't feel like it.
I just got back off a cruise and  I had so much fun.
I could have said No ,I just don't feel like a cruise, but I'm so happy I didn't.
Get back into some hobby you like.
In other words, fill your days as full of goods things as you possible can and when the bad things come, be ready to face them head on with your faith and LIGHT.
Remember, tears come in the night but JOY AND LIGHT in the morning,
HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE.
