Eastern Standard Time, [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: just heard today that the trial in North Carolina won't be starting for 3 months or so (and just from experience you can usually tack on a bit more time than the estimate).  Please head to Houston and continue to "kick the grim reaper in the ass".  I know it's a pain to have to travel for this   Dorothy, Greetings!  I am wondering where in NC the trial would start...we are talking BMS, correct?  My aunt guessed Duke?  Anyway,  I spoke with my Aunt last weekend and I am flying down to New Berne in North Carolina in a few weeks, and wondered if you could tell me if there is a hospital nearby (within 3 hours drive time)?  Also, if it came to choosing a trial and trial center this spring, as much as I would love to go to MDACC or OHSU, my doctor hinted that the East Coast would be much more practical for me to find treatment as far as my HMO is concerned.  Thanks, Lynne A.   New!
