hi kat. i also cramp terribly. fingers, toes, back,neck, and every other 
muscle. my family phisician kept telling me to drink tonic water. the one with 
quinine in it. the brands with quinine say it right on the front label. well i 
thought it was a joke. i started drinking it with a squirt of lemon two days 
ago and it is like a miracle.  i can't even make my muscles cramp on purpose. 
before i couldn't even stretch or yawn without a very painful cramp. i went out 
today and bought 3 more quarts. i use the Giant brand. it's only 57 cents a 
quart. give it a try.
