Hi Greenie, What you may have on your computer is either malware or spyware. You mentioned that you have reformatted your computer, and if your talking about your hard drive then that should have taken care of the problem, but it wasn't really necessary.
If it wasn't your hard drive that was reformatted then I still say that you need to have a good spyware and malware program like spy hunter or something like that, then you should scan your computer. If it was the hard drive you formatted then I would think that someone got hold of your user name and password and is playing games. If this is the case then you need to change either your user name or password or even better, both of them. You also mentioned that you are not getting anything from the CML website. If you can get this message then please respond to me so that you know it is working.
