Hi, I have never been on Gleevec or any other TKI's. I had a bone marrow transplant, and I also get these same kinds of back pain you describe. They feel like they are in the center of my back in the middle of my rib cage like someone was pushing down on my shoulders. When I lay down they seem to get better for a while. When these pains are very bad I put a heating pad on my back and just lie down.
