Hi Richard, There was an old barn near where I live when I am up in Pennsylvania. It has been there for ages and a couple of years ago it just collapsed. About a few days later everyone was there trying to salvage the wood with the owners permission. He figured that it wouldn't cost him anything rather then hire a contractor to haul it away. Every single piece of wood was taken, just picked clean. This goes to show just how desirable old barn wood is.
