Hi Kothal, Good question. I spoke with my doctor about this and since I have had two episodes of the Harpies Zoster virus (Shingles) he told me to go ahead and have the vaccine. However I am not or have ever been on any TKI's because they were not yet available 26 years ago when I had my bone marrow transplant.
If I were you I would speak with your doctors about getting this vaccine. Just so you know if you are not on socialized medicine this vaccine costs about two hundred dollars in the United States. 18's, Symbol for life.
