[cms-list] CMS development

I'm new to this list, but as a CMS developer I'm really keen to learn from the dicussion. I'm currently hanging on every new post :)

Quick question - is it acceptable to discuss conceptual development issues here? Not on a code level, but more like "how do you approach this issue" type question? If so, I have a few issues I'd like to throw into the fire.
