Hmm. Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but the NTPQ VMARC file I just
downloaded only seems to have the EXEC in it:

vmarc list ntpq vmarc b
NTPQ     EXEC     A1. Bytes in=    2000, bytes out=       0 (     0%).
