You can't put a price on some of life's best sailing moments. Those rare and short lived moments can't offset the money spent or the hours of labor lost doing maintenance, the sore muscles, and aggrevation finding crew, worrying about the boat during storms, figuring out how to mix chemicals, etc. My favorite picture from last season is a photo of my son and I racing together on our boat. I like another where we each hold a trophy, won after a hard fought regatta.
