A quality portable charger may suit your purposes well. Make sure that the charging regimen includes three stages (bulk, absorption, and float). A cheap car charger is not intended to be run 24/7 and will eventually damage your batteries. Cheap chargers will not taper off the charging voltage and will eventually boil the batteries dry. A good charger is well worth the price.
