Harbord Insurance, who do a lot of marine insurance and were recommended to me by multiple people. Underwriter is Beacon Underwriting Ltd. from Salmon Arm. I guess it is their standard marine policy and the insurance adjuster says very, very common wording these days.
As I mentioned previously, it was the loft manager that evaluated the damage and put the repair estimate together and they are a journeyman sailmaker.
