Not sure how that would work unless there is a big access port. I took my tank home and washed it out with a hose. You can always get one of the "fuel polisher" trucks to come down and clean it.

I admit that I have not had time to dig on web sites to see others approach, but I am planning on sucking out what is left with an oil changer and then doing my best to physically wipe the inside clean.
