Coastwise trade? So is your boat now considered a commercial (not recreational) vessel and subject to annual USCG inspections? And if so, what are the inspections like?
On the tour boat and sail training vessel on which I crew, the annual inspections takes most of the day and includes a MOB demonstration and a fire drill.
