The Susquehanna just started to break up in some areas yesterday, withe the bergy bits starting to pile up. I suspect the rest of the river will open up after we get an inch of rain overnight tonight. The slow meltdown over the last few days hopefully will prevent the ice from backing up and causing flooding.
