I have always had problems with my transmission. Shifter is located on the binnacle forward of the wheel. I had the boat in the water for 1 season and used a 12" long handle to give the leverage needed to shift. Wife often can't manage as too much pressure is needed to shift from neutral, reverse, forward. Atomic 4 engine.transmission unknown. Thoughts?
