Try Goo-gone. A friend used it on hid dinghy said it worked great. On mone
I used that inflatable bottom paint. Leave it in the water all summer, haul it
in winter. Upside down on fore deck. 2 seasons and no hard growth.

I used muriatic acid to dissolve them, didn't hurt the hypalon one bit. It's a
slow process though, you'll have to apply the acid and wipe down several times.
