David,
     I tried vinegar with a little dish detergent in it.  I wouldn't say the 
barnacles floated off, but 15 minutes with a scrub brush did the trick.

OK, so Ileft the inflatable in the water a wee bit too long and as it is 
sansanti-fouling it acquired some nasty growth.

Cleaned it as best I could but there till remains the barnacle discs.  Giventhe 
fragility of the fabric, scraping is dangerous.  What chemical mightwork that 
would be effective yet safe on the Hypalon.
