My arrangement with C&C Yachts was that any logoed items MUST be sold on the
Photo Album and not in Yacht Clubs, fairs or trade shows or any other venue.
Joe Bognar, who was looking after the T-shirts got stopped at the National
Yacht Club in Toronto during a C&C Regatta.

It all has to do with copyright laws and rules. Even though C&C has adopted a
new logo, the still own the copyright to the old one.

If you can find an embroidery company that will do the hats without copyright
permission, you could probably get a few made for personal use. Just don’t get
caught selling them for a profit.

If someone wants to take on this venture, pay for the hats and setup fee, I
will put them on the Photo Album and send you each order once payment has been
received. Then I will send you the money (less a bit for the Photo Album).

In the past we found shipping from Canada to Canada could cost upwards of $14.
From Canada to anywhere in USA runs just over $6.00. If you get small
re-cycled boxes for $.25 each, you can probably get up to 5 in a box and
shipping is the same.

If you want to sell the hats, let me know off the lists and we can work out the
details.

Stu
p.s. I do not want to get involved in the cost of the hats or the shipping.
