Dave,
Good question. I keep mine down below on the ledge in the quarter berth.  I 
should wire tie the wrenches to it as well: I suspect the wheel would need to 
be removed also, even then I am not sure how much leverage you could get on 
that tiller with the binnacle still there. I need to actually try it out and 
see how it will work on a pre-need basis. I will report back.
