Baking soda, acid and red food coloring is for putting in a little volcano made
out of clay and wowing everyone in your third-grade science fair.

Don't do it!!. Baking soda will neutralize the acidaacid and kill the battery,
along with a nice chemical reaction. I use baking soda and water mixed to clean
dirty terminals on my car batteries.

Has anyone tried the baking soda/epson salt method to recharge a dead battery?
