You might consider PlasTeak, Flexiteek, Nuteak or similar. If you think you can do a linoleum floor, you can do the plastic teaks.

Of course, gluing it down to a hatch is different than having to negotiate all the shapes of an interior install. Most of the vendors can work from a template or you can cut the shapes, borders and trims yourself. If I installed holly teak in Touche' there's no doubt I'd go with the plastic variety. Plastic teak is standard on many production boats now. Dennis C.
