Hi, Please note that 3QM30 water pump are not like some of the GM pump with pulleys, the QM pump is shaft driven directly by the camshaft(i.e. no belt).
I have not rebuilt one, but it looks easy enough, 2 circular clips, bearings and seals. I can send you the schematics from the parts manual if you want. It shows a nice layout of all the parts including the Yanmar part numbers. TOAD Marine lists a new one at $810.16 (yanmar part number 724770-42702).
