You are observant! I do remember previously that they came from California, this notice doesn’t even say where they are. They are just trying to get you to renew online.

It’s a different outfit than the one that scammed me last year. This “Marine Documentation Center” was out of Virginia, whereas “US Vessel Documentation” was out of California. It’s a coast-to-coast racket.
