Looking at the stickers, 600w at 12v is 50amps. Blue Sea has some calculators available but 16' jumper is actually a 32' loop. With 10% allowable voltage drop your minimum wire size should be 6awg so you are spot on there.
I think a battery plug would be much more user friendly than bolting and unbolting.
