John, I was a similar situation looking for a replacement Landfall 38 swim ladder. I kindly received pictures and measurements from some list LF38 owners, and received a few quotes for fabrication. When I called White Water Marine for a quote, they told me that they had the original specs for the LF38 ladder as they originally fabricated them. To top that, the price was much less than the other quotes I received. I was supper impressed and extremely pleased with the final product. I’m sure they built the stern pushpit too.
