We purchased our first C&C, Jubilee, a 1972 35 MK1 at auction in 2008, after a detailed clean up and numerous updates, I got a case of fivefiootitis and we upgraded to Alera, our 1990 37+/40 in 2011.
11 years total, 7 in our current boat. She gets better and better every year! Tom B
