Tom posted a link to the survey yesterday afternoon. It stated delamination stbd aft side of hull and significant wet core aft stbd and midships stbd as well as large sections of high moisture content on the deck. This was from hurricane damage in early 1990s. The nasty side of this is that the repairs and problem predated the current owner who is the one who ultimately pays the price for the problems.
