I was using Outlook on a Windows 10 machine when it started. Today I
began using a newer version of Outlook on a Windows 11 machine. I ran into the
same issue -- some e-mail notes come through normally, others as an attachment.

Instead of trying to identify the email servers, let's identify the mail
programs being used - both sending and receiving.
