First of all, root access with ftp is not possible on the RaQ's (my
understanding). Presuming that you want to use ftp:
Simply log into ftp as the admin user, upload to the default directory,
and then use a telnet/ssh session to move/copy the files to the required
location (after changing to the root user with "su -")._
