Look at the file
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/sysManage/.htaccess
and change the AuthName value to what ever you want.
I do not know if your change will be overwritten by the system from time to time. My
.htaccess file has a last write date of March 2001, so I think it unlikely that it
will be overwritten.
