Let's say it's a bug of postgres vacuum in the version installed on cobalt 
raqs.
Sometimes it crashes
and then, vacuum won't ever flush it.
It seems that on later versions like 7.1.3 vacuum works fine...
perhapps I'll upgrade it on my raqs.
