Be careful when upgrading. I can tell from this thread that you have a
pretty good idea of what you're doing.
Just in case though, the upgrade from 7.0.x to 7.1.x will create new
databases, so dump your structure and data before you start.
For other's that read this, now or in the future, I don't know anyone
who regretted backing up before doing something like this.
